{"id":1254,"date":"2025-04-18T16:52:01","date_gmt":"2025-04-18T16:52:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.scubadiscounters.com\/?p=1254"},"modified":"2025-04-21T02:53:44","modified_gmt":"2025-04-21T02:53:44","slug":"where-to-pre-order-nintendo-switch-2-before-mario-kart-bundle-sells-out","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.scubadiscounters.com\/index.php\/2025\/04\/18\/where-to-pre-order-nintendo-switch-2-before-mario-kart-bundle-sells-out\/","title":{"rendered":"Where to pre-order Nintendo Switch 2 before Mario Kart bundle sells out"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure class=\"img-container shareable-item wp-caption\">\n<div class=\"img-wrap\">\n\t\t<img width=\"646\" height=\"410\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"article-image wp-image-22838366 lazyload\" alt=\"The Nintendo Switch 2 console box with Mario Kart World game.\" loading=\"lazy\" data-src=\"http:\/\/www.scubadiscounters.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/SEI_246045302-2303.jpg\">\t<\/div><figcaption>It\u2019s a \u2018limited time production\u2019 (Nintendo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/nintendo\/\">Nintendo<\/a> has warned that the <a data-track=\"inline-tag-auto-link_article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/nintendo-switch-2\/\">Switch 2<\/a> bundle with <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2025\/04\/03\/mario-kart-world-nintendo-switch-2s-best-game-hands-on-preview-22840585\/\">Mario Kart World<\/a> is a limited time offer, so here\u2019s where you can pre-order the console.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re less than two months away from the <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2025\/04\/03\/played-new-nintendo-switch-2-worth-price-22840545\/\">Nintendo Switch 2<\/a> launch and many retailers have already sold out their allocated stock.<\/p>\n<p>The Switch 2 is set to launch worldwide on June 5, 2025, and while you can pick up the base console for \u00a3395.99 in the UK, the \u00a3429.99 bundle with Mario Kart World looks to be the most popular deal, as it knocks off \u00a333 from the game\u2019s \u00a366.99 digital price.<\/p>\n<p>While many assumed this bundle would be sticking around for some time, Nintendo has raised alarm bells through some small print in the recent <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2025\/04\/17\/mario-kart-world-confirms-new-modes-features-nintendo-switch-2-22926901\/\">Mario Kart World Direct<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>When the bundle was shown <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-Cze7usEGCA\">during the presentation<\/a>, small print on the bottom of the screen read: \u2018Limited time production through autumn 2025 (available while supplies last).\u2019<\/p>\n<p>While it seems odd that this bundle would have a \u2018limited time production\u2019 considering it\u2019s just a code inside the box, Nintendo has some history with bizarre time sensitive deals \u2013 most famously <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2020\/09\/16\/super-mario-3d-all-stars-review-remaster-super-mario-64-sunshine-galaxy-13280271\/\">Super Mario 3D All-Stars<\/a>, which was discontinued after six months.<\/p>\n<p>The disclaimer is clearly designed to incentivise sales over the coming months, but as Mario Kart World does cost significantly more separately, it\u2019s entirely possible Nintendo doesn\u2019t want the deal to continue beyond its launch year.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Mario Kart World Direct \u2013 17\/04\/2025\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/-Cze7usEGCA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>By Christmas, if stock of the Mario Kart World bundle does run out, it\u2019s likely other retailers might have their own bundles with other games, albeit with less of a discount \u2013 and probably less notable titles.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re looking to pre-order the Mario Kart World bundle, retailers like Amazon and Very are currently sold out.
